You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

To exercise this right, you must complete and submit the following form. It is not necessary to state the reason for your decision, although you may do so if you wish.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm its receipt and provide you with instructions for returning the product.

According to Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Article 14.1 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the consumer, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of sale. At Sign24h, the handling cost for product pickup and return is €20, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The right of withdrawal will not apply in cases provided for in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, including products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
