Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, at Sign24h Europe, S.L.U. we inform our professional clients about their right of withdrawal.

What is the Right of Withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is the right of the consumer or user to cancel the purchase contract entered into at a distance, without the need to justify their decision and without penalty, within a certain period.

As a signage professional who buys from Sign24h, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Withdrawal Period

General Term

You have 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the product, to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Term Calculation

• The deadline begins the day after receipt of the product.
• If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
• The exercise of the right is deemed to have been carried out within the time limit if the notice relating to the exercise of the right is sent before the expiry of that period.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

Step 1: Communication of Withdrawal

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You can use the standard withdrawal form that we provide at the bottom of this page, although its use is not mandatory.

Step 2: Return of the Product

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, you must return or deliver the product to Sign24h without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you have communicated your decision to us.

The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you ship the product before the 14-day period expires.

Step 3: Refund

We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Return Costs

Voluntary Withdrawal

If you exercise the right of withdrawal due to a change of mind or voluntary decision, you must bear the direct costs of returning the product.

Withdrawal due to Defect or Error

If the withdrawal is due to a manufacturing defect, non-conforming product or shipping error on our part, Sign24h will bear all return costs, including return shipping costs.

Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

Products Not Susceptible to Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you will NOT have the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

1. Products made to consumer specifications or clearly customized. If you have requested specific modifications to the product (special measurements, custom colors, etc.), you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. Products that by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
3. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
4. Products that after delivery and by their nature have been inseparably mixed with other products.

Important for Signmakers

If you have labelled, installed or tampered with the product, it loses its status as a "New" and it will not be subject to withdrawal, unless it presents a manufacturing defect. Our model is aimed at professionals with labeling capabilities, so we recommend inspecting the product before handling it if you are not sure if you are not sure if you will keep it.
