Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal as set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November. The procedure to exercise this right is to send an email to the address info@sign24h.com or by filling in the form Form, explaining the reason for the desire to desist or without further reason.
Warranty for damage in transport. 2 years from invoice date
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we can offer you a 2-year warranty without batting an eyelid. Acquire premium quality signs for your customers and forget about complaints and after-sales problems.
Warranty for transport damage
If the goods arrive with damage due to transport, you must indicate on the carrier's receipt "DAMAGED PACKAGE, PENDING PRODUCT REVIEW" and require the carrier to sign the receipt that you are staying. Take a photo of the receipt and attach it when informing the email info@sign24h.com within a maximum period of 24 hours. On the part of Sign24h we will replace the product free of charge but you do us a favor if you follow the instructions so that we can collect from the carrier.
Disclaimers
Manufacturing defects or transport defects are not considered in the case of insignificant or non-essential defects. As a general rule, a defect will be considered insignificant if it cannot be seen at the usual installation distance. Any decision and/or action carried out by the customer based on a manufacturing error, transport defect, etc., without following the above indications or consulting Sign24h beforehand voids all guarantees and technical or economic responsibilities.
